Why is there a design charge?
Embroidery is computer controlled and each design needs to be converted into a format that can be read by the embroidery machines. This means producing instructions for every needle entry point of an embroidered design. Our software helps to make this process easier, but it still takes time to produce this machine code and this is what you are usually charged for.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order

What is included in the price?
Our prices in our shop are usually for the garments only, we will charge extra for embroidery, with prices starting from as low as £3.

What is the delivery Charge?
The delivery price depends on the weight of the item(s). Prices start from £3.71 by 1st Class royal mail. Postage and packaging are charged seperately.

Do you send overseas?
Yes but we will quote separately for postage, please email for details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel at any time up to the point of the item being embroidered. However if designs have been created for you, you may also incur a charge at the discretion of Absolute Embroidery Ltd.

Can I see a sample?
Yes, of course. Once an order has been placed we can produce a sample of your logo and e-mail it to you or if time isn't the essence we can post the embroidered out sample to you for your inspection. Only when you are perfectly happy and have approved the sample would we begin with the embroidery process on to your garments.
